Standard linear ball cage — the precision baseline: The standard one-piece linear ball cage maintains uniform ball spacing along the full length of the linear guide or shaft assembly, ensuring consistent load distribution, smooth motion, and predictable friction characteristics throughout the bearing's service life. Precision pocket geometry prevents ball-to-ball contact — the primary cause of noise, vibration, and premature wear in linear systems — while optimized pocket clearance allows each ball to rotate freely without skidding or sliding contact.

Double-split configuration — installation intelligence built in: Linear motion systems present a unique installation challenge: unlike rotary bearings that can be slid axially onto a shaft, many linear bearing positions require the cage to be installed around a shaft or rail that cannot be disassembled. 

The double-split linear ball cage solves this directly. 

By splitting along two longitudinal lines, the cage opens around the shaft, closes precisely, and locks into its operational geometry — without disturbing adjacent components, guide rails, or drive systems.
