Self-lubricating Composite Sleeve

The Self-Lubricating Composite Sleeve by embedding lubrication directly into the material structure of the sleeve itself, it delivers consistent, controlled tribological performance from the first revolution to the last — without a grease gun, without a maintenance schedule, and without interruption to your operation.

The science behind self-lubrication: The composite sleeve is manufactured from an engineered matrix combining a structural backing material with a bearing layer impregnated with solid lubricant reservoirs — typically PTFE, graphite, or molybdenum disulfide (MoS₂) compounds. 

As the shaft rotates against the bearing surface, microscopic quantities of lubricant are continuously transferred to the contact interface, maintaining a consistent low-friction film between shaft and sleeve. 

This transfer-film mechanism is self-regulating: lubrication increases under higher contact pressure and temperature, precisely when it is most needed.Dimensional consistency for direct replacement: The self-lubricating composite sleeve is manufactured to standard bore and outer diameter dimensions, enabling direct replacement of conventional bronze bushings, sintered metal bearings, and polymer plain bearings without housing or shaft modification. 

The transition to maintenance-free operation requires no redesign — only a smarter component choice.
